Our team completed the design and development of an advanced bulk material handling system tailored for the production of adhesives and insulating materials for the construction sector. The client required a highly precise and accurate process to produce specialized materials with unique characteristics. Utilizing our comprehensive turnkey services, we managed the entire project from initial design through to final installation, implementing innovative solutions for the storage and handling of bulk materials.
The system was meticulously designed to maximize the available space, featuring an elevated structure for primary raw material storage. This setup includes eight storage silos, each equipped with independent dust filtration systems, pressure control mechanisms, and fluidization devices to ensure the smooth discharge of materials into the subsequent processing stages.
We also installed six manual dust accumulation hoppers, along with a manual bag slitter hopper for the efficient addition of auxiliary additives. This configuration allows for flexible management of “jolly” additives, enabling the client to quickly adjust production recipes according to specific market demands.
The entire bulk handling system was seamlessly integrated into the existing facilities of the client, ensuring efficient installation and minimal operational disruptions. Thanks to our expertise in engineering and material handling, the client is now able to produce a new range of high-performance products in large volumes, significantly enhancing their production efficiency.
