Calcium Carbonate is an essential substance in many industries and its optimal management is fundamental to ensure efficient and sustainable production.
A calcium carbonate plant has three fundamental tasks:
Storage: storing the carbonate under optimal conditions, ensuring its quality over time;
Dosing: distribute the carbonate accurately according to production needs.
Transport: transport the material along the entire production line.
The growing production requirement of the customer made it necessary to integrate our plant with an existing system. The design phase was intense and meticulous as the new plant had to intersect with the existing structures, therefore reduced spaces for the development of the structures. The project was designed in order to serve new production needs with a significant increase in raw material consumption. The plant is now managed by our control software with excellent results in terms of efficiency and energy consumption.
The meticulousness in design and implementation has led to the following results:
• Maximum Efficiency: The optimization of each phase of the process has led to reductions in time and waste.
• Energy Efficiency: Thanks to the control software, the plant uses energy optimally, reducing costs and environmental impact.
• Seamless Integration: Despite the challenges, the plant integrates seamlessly with the existing system, ensuring a smooth transition without production interruptions.
