We have designed and developed a system for handling waste powders resulting from the milling of shards and broken bricks, optimizing the client’s production process efficiency. The system utilizes a dense phase pneumatic conveyor to transport the powders produced during milling. Before transportation, these powders are dried and subsequently ground using a hammer mill, achieving an ideal particle size for subsequent storage.
The ground material is transferred into a series of detachable silos that the client already owned. We modified these silos to adapt them to the new system requirements, making them functional within our plant and tailored to the specific operational needs. The transport line allows directing the powder flow into one of the 8 available silos, depending on varying production needs.
At the discharge point of the modified silos, we installed a series of screw conveyors that transfer the material onto a belt conveyor. This belt conveys the product to a bucket elevator, which reintegrates the powders back into the company’s production cycle, enabling efficient recycling of bulk materials and minimizing waste.
Thanks to our design flexibility, we can tailor our solutions to each client’s specific needs, consistently ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the system. We are ready to find the right solution for every requirement, ensuring maximum return on investment and a more sustainable production process.
